Achieving Leadership Excellence (ALE) Programme
Requirement
A senior leadership programme to develop leaders’ personal leadership skills to enhance the overall leadership culture of the organisation and increase employee engagement. A focus on behaviour change, collaboration, collective accountability, impact and influence, relationship intelligence with teams and stakeholders and results delivery.
SOLUTION
A 9-month programme of 5 modules, a 360, psychometrics, online portal, personal development log, guest speakers and outdoor experiential learning in a Dutch forest and Spanish Pyrenees. It is supported by a programme of individual personal coaching with an executive leadership coach. The programme is accredited to the Chartered Management Institute. The programme is now in its 4th year and 39 leaders have attended.
