Management Development Programme (MDP)


Requirement
A middle management programme to improve the consistency, quality and accountability of managers across the organisation to enable a common culture of leadership and management in line with the NATO management charter.
SOLUTION
A 5-month programme of 4 modules; managing through change, improving communications and impact, building and managing high performing teams, creating a cohesive culture. The programme includes a 360, the Strengths Deployment Inventory (a relationship intelligence tool), an online portal and three individual coaching sessions. The programme is accredited to the Chartered Management Institute.
