Requirement
The new CEO of IFS, a Global Enterprise Solutions Software Provider, needed to bring his 30 strong multi-national senior executive team together to develop an aligned growth strategy and create a cohesive and unified leadership culture within his team.
SOLUTION
As part of a 3-day strategy building session, we took the team into the New Forest and created a series of mini-workshops and thinking sessions, designed to break down barriers, allow the team to get to know each other and stimulate innovative thinking. The team built their own shelters, cooked their own meal and shared personal stories by a campfire before settling down for a night under canvas – creating a unique and unbreakable team bond.
