By establishing a trusting, open and honest relationship, we help you develop your emotional intelligence as a leader.  Our leadership coaching is based on 3 strands: ME (self awareness), YOU (relationships with others) and US (impact on your wider environment).  We know that leaders with a greater sense of self-awareness achieve more; they understand both their strengths and weaknesses and use this awareness to engage more authentically; they understand the impact they have on others, developing a greater sense of empathy and an ability to understand the needs, wants and viewpoints of those around them. All this enables them to have a greater impact on and drive success within, their teams and organisations.
