A large multi-national Defence Agency wanted to instigate a change in the leadership culture of their senior management team. They needed more autonomous, engaged and inspirational leaders to lead the organisation through a major digital transformation. Our ALE programme was tailored to meet their specific requirements; focusing on increasing their Emotional Intelligence, self-awareness, interpersonal relationships, communication and influencing skills and Leadership confidence. We designed a 5 module programme, running over 9 months, with integrated individual and team coaching, guest speakers, off-site wilderness experiences and workshops.
The ALE programme has been widely recognised as the premier leadership programme within the Agency and is now in its 4th year of delivery - this is TrafalgarPD's speciality. A recent ALE graduate won the NCIA’s 2019 Outstanding Individual Leadership award and credits the ALE with much of his success. The world's leading major home appliance company introduced a new management tier of Business Managers to oversee the operations of their UK call centre. Specifically they wanted to align the management skills of newly promoted individuals, ensure consistency of skills, approach and application and form them into a cohesive new team with a strong management culture and ethic.
We set up a 6-month, 3-module programme and 2 team coaching sessions and focused on; understanding self and developing leadership behaviours, building high performing teams and influencing others, and developing a strong, trusted and cohesive team of Business Managers.
TraflgarPD were able to track the growth of the individual participants and the performance of the team as a whole and were able to demonstrate to the company a highly rewarding Return on Training Investment.
