Most of my work focuses on questions relating to how to align, equip and enable people to reach peak performance individually and collectively, and how to harness that value within an ever changing organisational and societal landscape fit for now and the future, whatever that may bring.
I have an unusual combination of experience having been accountable for strategy, growth, culture, profit, performance and governance in the CEO and Director roles I have held along with my specialist experience in many aspects of Human Performance; coaching, leadership development, personality, behaviour, emotions and restoration. I am one of the UK’s leading Voiceprint coaches, specialising in helping individuals and teams improve their impact and influence through talk and communication.
I am also the founder and architect of the INSPIRED performance programme reflecting my passion and expertise in the field of people and performance. I developed this behavioural leadership agility series which equips leaders in the specialisms of high-performance mindset & motivation, resilience, emotional intelligence, communication, impact and influence, coaching skills for team and individuals, well-being and how to restore & avoid burnout.

I believe in the power of questions and listening, and that people have the answers they seek within themselves and my role is to support and enable them to find that energy, approach and resource from within themselves.
My background in human behaviour and performance leads me to support my clients in a broad range of topics from high performance mindset, motivation, impact, resilience, relationships, self-confidence, self-talk and self-esteem through to strategic thinking, authenticity and style flexibility. I also specialise in the prevention of burnout through restoration and habitual change to improve well-being.
