Executive Development Programme


Requirement
To enable the Executive Committee (ExCo) to become a true team, demonstrating the key leadership behaviours of understanding and trust, critical thinking and decision making. In addition, the programme was designed to allow time for the team to discuss and debate to define the purpose of their ExCo and to review individual and collective leadership styles and approaches, strengths and gaps in relation to fulfilling their purpose as a leadership team
SOLUTION
A series of diagnostic interviews followed by a 2-day management team offsite event. This was followed by individual coaching sessions to debrief the Voiceprint self and 360 assessments and a follow-up one day offsite workshop 5 months’ later.
