Leadership Exploration and Development (LEAD programme)

Requirement

Following the introduction of a new management tier of ‘business managers’ within an Operational Call Centre, there was a requirement to upskill the management capabilities of the new managers and establish a strong networked team.

SOLUTION

A 6-month programme of 3 modules and 2 team coaching sessions. The programme was endorsed by senior management with a high-profile launch and ‘graduation’. Development focus was on understanding self, personal efficacy, management styles, confidence, leading teams, delegation, time management & prioritisation, effective communication.
