Requirement

A team coaching request to support the CEO and his management team during a significant period of structural change for the bank.

SOLUTION

2 team workshops a year apart.  Initially a relationship intelligence (RQ) event using the Strengths Deployment Inventory to develop an increased understanding of each other on the team, providing a common language and relationship insight.  A year on, a follow up event reviewing team dynamic, cohesion and priorities.  Both included confidential team member interviews and a systemic team coaching delivery approach with psychological safety for individual disclosure and openness.
